Here is why;

If you neglect your new trees, they may die.

If you don't use good common sense in the care of your new trees it is possible that you may kill a percentage of them.

That's just the way it is and entirely out of my control. Therefore, no written warranty.

 

Still, I will share your financial "pain" if you lose a tree. In the unlikely event that you lose a tree, I promise to offer you a replacement tree at or

below my cost.
